Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VoicePost (the “Service”), available at voicepo.st. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What VoicePost is
VoicePost is an AI assistant that helps indie hackers and solo founders draft content for X (Twitter) and plan a daily Reddit presence. It generates drafts in your voice, surfaces trends, and proposes replies and posts.
Nothing publishes without your approval. On X, you approve a draft and VoicePost publishes (or schedules) it through X’s official API. On Reddit, VoicePost never logs into or posts to your account — it drafts content and you copy-and-paste it yourself (“paste-and-post”). VoicePost does not auto-DM, auto-follow, or auto-engage on your behalf.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
VoicePost is offered on paid plans (Twitter Only, Reddit Only, and Both). Prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Dodopayments, our merchant of record. Dodopayments handles the transaction and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Dodopayments’ terms. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Every plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If VoicePost isn’t for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VoicePost to:
- post spam, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content;
- violate the terms, rules, or rate limits of X, Reddit, or any other platform you connect or post to;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- circumvent platform anti-spam systems, or automate posting in a way the platform prohibits;
- reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service.
You are solely responsible for everything you publish. You review and approve each draft before it goes out. VoicePost’s Reddit guidance (warmup phases, the 9% self-promo guardrail, paste-and-post) is designed to help you stay within community norms, but it is not a guarantee against moderation, removal, or bans.
6. Third-party platforms
VoicePost integrates with third-party platforms including X and Reddit. VoicePost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Reddit, Inc. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not liable for changes to, or actions taken by, those platforms (including suspensions, API changes, or content removals).
7. AI-generated content
VoicePost uses large language models (including Anthropic’s Claude) to generate drafts. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You must review and edit every draft before using it. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of anything you publish.
As between you and VoicePost, you own the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and account data solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by VoicePost and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or growth outcome will be achieved.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoicePost and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platforms we integrate with. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
