Refund Policy

Drafts not sounding like you yet? Not sure how to use a feature? Not seeing results? Reach out before anything else — email [email protected] or use the chat in your dashboard.

We read every message and we respond. We’ll dial in your voice, tighten your strategy, and clear up anything confusing — most things get sorted in a message or two. The whole point of the tool is that it works *for you*, and we’d rather get you there than lose you.

If we’ve genuinely tried to help and VoicePost still isn’t working out for you, we’ll refund you — within 14 days of your purchase, no arguments and no hard feelings. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodopayments (a few business days, depending on your bank).

We don’t issue refunds for:

• a change of mind, or simply not using the tool;
• requests that skip Step 1 — the chat and email exist for a reason;
• a product or service that isn’t a fit for X or Reddit in the first place.

On that last point: VoicePost gives you voice-matched drafts, trend signals, subreddit recommendations, and a ban-safe Reddit plan based on what you tell us. If what you’re promoting has no clear audience on these platforms, is pre-launch with no landing page, or just isn’t suited to them, that’s outside our control. We’ll always do our best — but results depend on what you’re selling.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. There are no future charges after you cancel, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Plans are on the pricing page.
